Van's Social stuff: Thank you to you all for the anniversary wishes and love. Today has been a busy day with a lot going on and we really didn't have very much time for the two of us to just be together. that's the way it goes sometimes. Some years we spend incredible amounts of money celebrating. There have even been years when we forgot it was our anniversary. That's the way it goes sometimes. There are also the other times. The random text messages throughout the day just to say I love you. The silly lovers codes, the pats on the butt, the tickle fights, the condescending remarks, the raised voices, the make ups, the laughter...oh yeah, there is a lot of laughter. We are fortunate enough to have twelve years of not just ups and downs, but twelve years of everyday life and, really, isn't an anniversary just a sum of all it's parts. Every waking day I have her love and everyday I give her mine. So, maybe we didn't spend much time together day... That's ok we still have the rest of our lives to make up for what is basically just another day that I get to call her mine and to be the best man I can be for her.
